Hey everyone!!!
So I'm on my second day of Chinese New Year which is much of the same. We went to visit more family! We went to my great Aunty's home which is the women on the left. She is 92 years old! Impressive eh!!! She had soooo much energy and I was half asleep. Shame. After visiting my great Aunty's we went to another distant relative, I think my grandmother's cousin whose sister married an Oscar winner who made the music for the movie Ghost with Whoopi Goldberg! Can you say 7 degrees of separation???

On the way back from various homes we stopped by little India a.k.a land of colors on steroids. I'm obsessed with Indian

color, cuisine and dress so you can imagine how much I enjoyed it. I'm thinking about getting a Sari hopefully I can find one I love and then find a place to wear it :S After little India we went out for Chinese vegetarian which I guess is Buddhist vegetarian that doesn't include garlic and onion either, because Buddhists believe that they are an aphrodisiac so... give me some of that! I am not a big fan of vegetarian Chinese food I'd much rather eat at Fresh with Lauren :D but this will do for now.

Today we are having a big party in the house so I shall return with more to day. Later Days.
From Malaysia with love
Karin
OMG!!! If I get a sari when I'm in India, we have to find an event to go and wear it together!!!! :) I'm not a big fan of Chinese Buddhist vegetarian dishes either...I like the red one though...tastes sort of like ketchup...did you try that one? - Simone
